Re: J.H.'s query (Post Database, 04-Oct-2000) about how to alphabetise the "Programs" under the Start Menu, may I suggest something called Q-Sort 2000 from Hyper-Q Software (https://www.hyperq.com). Good stuff and it's free. I've been using it since I upgraded from Windows 95 to 98. Windows 98 gives you the freedom to sort entries as you wish, but of course, doesn't tell you how to do it.
