Update Notes: 26-Jan-2000

Loxinfo's WebSharing prices have come down considerably (34%!) since I first wrote about this 6 months ago. (Note: the main article has the new, updated prices, not the old prices.) Their rates used to be 1,000 hours for 32,000 Baht and 2,000 hours for 56,000 Baht, but are now 1,500 hours for 32,000 Baht and 3,000 hours for 56,000 Baht. Asianet's and DLT's prices have pretty much remained unchanged.
